42 PPM Oil Filter Seamer

This robust machine was designed to double-lock seam retainers and shells, with sizes varying from 3 to 5.38 inches in diameter and from 2 to 14.5 inches in height. Complete changeover is accomplished in under 10 minutes.  A RFID scanner is installed so the operators are required to scan all tooling to verify correct setup of the seamer.  RFID chips are imbedded in the tooling.
