We originally designed and built this as a 10 Gun unit, but our customer wanted it redesigned to run a different product. We added Guns and transformers, and transformed it into a 15 Gun direct spot welder. Space is tight; we were able to fit the welds close together by using slim, oil- intensified weld cylinders. All weld tips are easily replaceable and water cooled to prolong life. Notice the typical Cybersmith features such as the cooled 2" thick copper electrode plate, mounted upon a 2.5" thick Blanchard ground steel plate, all very heavy duty components which make our machines a real value. Everything is made heavy duty so that your part # 1000000 has the same properties as part #1. |
